Product introduction. Edit broadcast.
PP treatment agent catalyzes the solidification of PP glue and causes the adhesive to separate from the glue. The tangle of sticky chains is specially used for surface treatment of PP, PE, TPR, TPE, nylon and other difficult-to-stick materials. It is produced with imported raw materials, does not contain heavy metal components, and complies with the European ROSH directive. It is widely used in: PP folding boxes, The treatment used when PE, TPR, and TPE are bonded to each other, self-adhesive, or bonded to other materials.

Product name PP treatment agent
Main ingredients Silicone active Appearance
Colorless and transparent
Specific gravity (25°C) 0.66-0.68
Storage period 6 months (25°C)
Usage Editor and broadcast
1. The surface to be bonded needs to be decontaminated and cleaned Oil, after surface dries.
2. Brush the PP treatment agent on the PP surface to be bonded, wait for about 10 seconds, and then bond with PP glue. After dispensing glue, it can be connected. The glue will basically solidify within 3 minutes and reach the maximum strength after 4 hours. The bonding strength exceeds the bulk shear strength of polyolefin. 3. Use PP glue on the treated material within 30 minutes
. The bonding is effective, but the effect will become worse if left for too long, because the surface activation effect will degrade over time.
Notes for editing and broadcasting:
1. Storage should be away from fire, heat, and direct sunlight.
2. Unused treatment agent must be sealed immediately and stored in a cool and dry place
3. Brush the excess glue and remove it with a rag dipped in thinner.
