Uses of hydrocarbon cleaners

● Powerful cleaning ability, can completely remove stubborn oil stains, adhesives and old paint layers on various hardware, tools and equipment.

● It has good environmental protection, no halogen, no ODS, low toxicity, low odor, and meets the requirements of clean production.

● Cost saving, recyclable, labor saving and low evaporation loss.

● It is easy to clean after fully soaking in oil and scrubbing.

● Use normal temperature ultrasonic wave or start liquid to heat to 50 degrees, and can also be used for traditional manual normal temperature starting liquid cleaning.

● FABL D series organic solvents, boiling point 140~250℃. This type of solvent is a colorless, odorless, transparent liquid with a narrow distillation range, low aromatic hydrocarbon and sulfur content, and good solubility.

1. On-site ventilation and exhaust should be strengthened. When the air pressure is low in summer and winter, more attention should be paid to the environmental standards of operators.

2. Traditional manual cleaning methods can be used, and ultrasonic devices or vacuum cleaners are more suitable for cleaning and drying.

3. The cleaning place must be well ventilated and open flames should be avoided.

4. It has a degreasing effect and should not be in contact with the skin for a long time.
